Join us for a supportive 2-hour yoga workshop designed for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
This gentle, beginner-friendly session combines:
joint-safe yoga to ease stiffness and support mobility
nervous system calming practices
simple education around hormonal changes
practical tools you can take home to support sleep, energy and wellbeing
You don’t need any yoga experience — just a willingness to show up and care for your body.
This workshop offers a safe, welcoming space to move, learn and connect with other women experiencing similar changes.

are in perimenopause or menopause (or think they might be)
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes, water bottle, Notebook and pen
Spaces are limited to keep this workshop supportive and personal.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
A cancellation received in writing up to 2 weeks from the workshop date will result in a loss of 50% of the ticket price. Any cancellation less than 2 weeks out from the workshop will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the workshop if it does not meet the workshop minimum.
