UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP DIRECT DEBIT AGREEMENT
- Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation with out notice. Kindred Warrior Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or canceled for any reason.
- I acknowledge that the minimum term is Thirty Six (36) weeks.
- I acknowledge that this membership allows me only unlimited regularly scheduled classes, this does not include workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.
I acknowledge that after Thirty Six (36) weeks, my membership will automatically continue on a weekly basis until I provide 30 days written notice via email to [email protected] to cancel.
I understand that once I submit my cancellation notice, my membership will remain active and payments will continue during the 30-day notice period. Membership will be terminated after this period, and no refunds will be given for payments already processed.
- I acknowledge that membership fees will be charged to my credit card or debit card via a third party payment gateway Stripe.
- I acknowledge that if an auto debit cannot be made for any reason, Kindred Warrior Yoga may in its absolute discretion, effect payment after the due date upon receipt of sufficient monies in your account.
- I acknowledge that if my account has an outstanding negative balance that it can not be suspended or canceled until the amount has been settled.
- I acknowledge that after the 12 week minimum term, membership may be suspended twice a year via a written request (via email) for a minimum of one week (7 days) and a maximum of 4 weeks in total over the two suspensions. I acknowledge that I must allow 48 hours (Monday-Friday) to process membership suspensions. I acknowledge that a maximum of 4 weeks suspension will be allowed per 12 months from the commencement of the contract.
- I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure my Credit/ Debit Card details are up to date.
- I acknowledge that memberships may not be shared.
- I acknowledge that if I reserve a class and forget to cancel it at least 2 hours in advance, I will be charged a $15 fee for late cancellation as per Kindred Warrior's Cancellation Policy
