Yoga, Walk & Chai morning for anyone who would love a little more time to connect outside of class.
We’ll begin with our 8:30am yoga practice at the studio, then head over to Lilydale Lake at 10:00am for a relaxed walk together.
We’ll grab a coffee or chai and enjoy a casual walking catch-up around the lake.
Stay for one lap or two, whatever feels right for you.
This is perfect if you:
• would love to socialise a little more outside of class
• want to add some gentle walking fitness
• are building up towards a longer walk or hike
• simply enjoy being in nature with good company
If you can’t make the 8:30am class, you’re absolutely welcome to just meet us at the lake at 10:00am.
