Yin is a contemplative practice where all shapes are done on the floor. Using long slow gentle holds of between 3-5 minutes, joint mobility and flexibility is enhanced, and the fascial tissue lengthened.
Through the cultivation of stillness comes the gift of observance, surrender, release and softening.
